Privacy Policy

QuanFi LLC operates Solve by QuanFi, a B2B2C product (direct subscribers and end users introduced by partners). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information (email, display name, authentication identifiers)
• Documents you upload (statements, receipts) and data extracted from them
• Detection results, Solve Score history, and actions you take (Keep, Resolve, Export)
• Billing metadata if you subscribe (plan, status — payment details are handled by Stripe)
• Technical logs needed for security and reliability

How we use information

We use your data to run detection, show proof, send reminders you opt into, process subscriptions, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal financial data.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Statement files are stored in private storage buckets scoped to your account. Access is governed by row-level security policies. See our Security page for technical details.

Retention and deletion

You may export your data from the dashboard. To request account deletion, email support@quanfi.app. If you cancel a paid subscription, we retain data for a limited period in case you return, then delete it per our retention schedule. Free-trial accounts last 14 days from signup; uploaded documents and scan results may be cleared if you do not convert to a paid plan.

Partner organizations that introduce Solve by QuanFi do not receive your statement contents through the product unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Partner inquiries: partners@quanfi.app.

Third-party processors

We use service providers to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments and billing), Plaid (optional read-only bank linking), Anthropic (reading uploaded documents and contracts, and generating plain-language explanations and support replies), OpenAI (text-to-speech, only when you choose to have a finding read aloud), Resend (transactional email), and Twilio (SMS reminders, only if you provide a mobile number). Each processes data under contract and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data, and it is not used to train third-party AI models.
