Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Solve by QuanFi, a product of QuanFi LLC ("QuanFi," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

Solve by QuanFi is offered as a B2B2C product: individuals may subscribe direct, and partner organizations may introduce the product to their members or employees. End users receive the same individual account experience. Solve by QuanFi helps you review credit-card and bank statement activity to surface recurring charges, attach proof, and organize next steps. We do not move, hold, or refund your money. We never contact banks, merchants, or vendors on your behalf without your explicit approval for each action.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service only for lawful purposes with accounts and documents you are authorized to review. Partner distribution arrangements, if any, are separate from these end-user Terms and are handled directly with QuanFi.

Free trial and paid plans

The free trial lasts 14 days from signup, is detection-only, and does not require a payment method. If you do not convert to a paid plan, uploaded documents and scan results may be cleared per our data-retention policy. Paid plans (Essential and Pro) renew according to the billing interval you select until you cancel through your account or the billing portal.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If you pay annually in advance, your price is locked for the paid year; changes apply at next renewal.

No guaranteed outcomes

Solve by QuanFi organizes information and drafts you may choose to send. We do not guarantee savings, refunds, or that any merchant will cancel a charge. Consumer billing rights such as the Fair Credit Billing Act or Regulation E may apply in some situations — we describe rights where applicable, not as legal advice.

Service availability

Solve by QuanFi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, QuanFi's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload documents you do not have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
